Well, it's normal to hit a maximum of 65 at some points, but what is not normal is to stay at 55-60º Celsius without doing anything, if I am unplugged of my second monitor I sit at an average of 40-42º Celsius with casual web browsing, which is what in my opinion should be normal.
Something I'd like to add is that I have my CPU undervolted, I don't know if you have as well but it makes a huge difference on this one.
And as I said in the first post I want to let know the developers that I want to improve my temps while having two monitors (since hovering around 55-60º isn't normal at all), and I posted it here because honestly I didn't find a reliable way to give feedback to the developers.
Reo,

The lid of my laptop appears jammed and will not open
Thank you for your description.
While I agree with the first and second device, the third issue (Sleep/Hibernate) may be a software issue from Windows itself, a 3rd party app like a security app (antivirus/firewall/encryption, etc) and of course might be a matter of setting or faulty vendor driver. I am afraid this is not 100% clear yet. Please, consider the HP article posted above + any 3rd party apps.
I do understand your frustration - it's understandable to expect a perfect device (especially a third one). I do not work for HP and cannot check all details myself but I have notified them internally. You might be contacted here in private in the following days.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I reviewed your post and I understand that the charger light is not turning off even after shutting down the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details,
While you respond to that, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you follow the below steps and test.
Reinstalled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager.
Here is how you do it.
Step 1: Click the Windows “Start” button and right-click “Computer.”
Step 2: Click “Manage,” then “Device Manager.”
Step 3: Click the “Batteries” section. A list of devices will appear.
Step 4: Right-click the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” device and click “Uninstall.”
Step 5: Click the “Action” menu item and “Scan for Hardware Changes” to reinstall the driver.
Restart the computer and the issue should be fixed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

If you have the proof of purchase ( Bill or Receipt ) then the Chromebook should be serviced under warranty
