Yes Keeny1985, That's spot on!
You have to contact HP with the Failure ID you got, ask for replacement of HDD & order Reocvery disks from them since Recovery manager is unable to create one. If you're under warranty, these all are covered.
If possible, back up by copying the personal files to an external HDD. Thats the option left.
The, reinstall the OS back from the Recovery disk.
