The product number for my computer is A5F7AV and the wdinows OS I am using is Windows 7 Home Premium.

Update:
Since my last post, I have not had any system crashes. I have tried to replicate the environment that lead to my computer originally crashing, but so far everything has been working great. Also, I re-ran the short DST test and now it passes.
My only problems is now whenever reboot my computer I get an screen that reads that my HDD smart test has failed, and that I should replace my hard drive soon. I looked it up and the smart test apparently has to do with the amount of errors a HDD has had vs. the amount expected for it's age.
It seems to me that it would be reasonable that it fails considering the large amount of errors I've had in the last week, but I'm not 100% sure.
