I have one and mine overheat then shuts down doesnt matter what I'm doing in it... I did call tech support and they want me to spent $300-$400 hundred dollars to get it fix and that is not going to happened I can get a complete brand new computer for that price... they do not want to take responsibility for anything... the first thing that they asked me was when did I purchase the computer I gave them that info and just so happened that the manufacturing warranty just expired... I do not recommend hp product to anyone. this product sucked big time... you can purchase now better computer as long as you don't buy an hp product... believe me you will safe lots of money and headache...
