I have to disable my automatic up date so my laptop don't try to up date. Every time you shutdown or turn off computer it trys to install or download the update and hangs up at 15%. It takes a hard reset to get out of this hang up and I have to restart in safe mode to revert the changes. How do I stop this hang up from happening?
