Strange sound and a white screen.

Hi,

I have a HP pavilion G6 laptop. I dropped it and the result is a broken screen. 

When I try to turn it on, it powers up but a stange sound comes out and it goes on and on, like a police siren and the screen is all white.

What could be the problem of it not being able to turn on properly ?
