It would be nice if someone from HP or anyone who can help reply.

Some new information:

+I install leshcat drivers (http://leshcatlabs.net/)

+Add another 4Gb ram

+Used TuneUp 2014 to clean computer (i'm not sure from what because it was freshly install..)

Here are results form 3d mark 11:

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/7915450 - with 4Gb ram

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/7916158 - with 8Gb ram

PC mark7:

http://www.3dmark.com/pcm7/782955 - with 4Gb ram

http://www.3dmark.com/pcm7/782955- with 8Gb ram

Conclusions:
+Adding another 4Gb ramu don't help, something else is holding computer slow
+Most people with such configuration get 1400-1599 point at 3d mark 11

+TuneUp disable most of the HP software that was staring up with windows, now booting from pushing power button to windows working properly takes 1 minute.
