Re: not responding due to long running script

Hi oeaglefeather,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! :) I understand you are not able to open your email you are getting an error message that it is not responding due to long running scripts. Which browser are you using when you are trying to access your email? Have you tried using a different browser to see if the error still exists? 

 

If you are using Internet Explorer, please follow the steps listed below:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click the 'Tools' menu, and then select 'Internet Options'
  • Click the 'Advanced' tab, select the 'Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)' and 'Disable script debugging (Other)' check boxes
  • Clear the 'Display a notification about every script error' check box, and then click OK
