My 15-E020TX won't shut down and I can't wake it from sleep mode either.
I've tried a hard reset and a BIOS update.
I think it's happened since I updated to Windows 8.1. Although I did this as soon as I got my laptop soI can't be sure when problem started.
I've also disabled start up programs.
Hybrid sleep is off.
Please help, it's driving my nuts!
