For the second document, please click on the symptom that best describes what your computer is doing, and follow through the steps. Please let me know the outcome of the troubleshooting.

If you are still having issues after this, I have included the document 'Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 7, Vista)'. Please let me know what passes, and if anything fails.

If you are still experiencing issues after this, please provide me with the version of Windows that you are running. I have included the document 'Which Windows operating system am I running?', if you need it.
