HP Split 13 X2 - Mouse / Touchpad FREEZES

I just bought the HP Split 13 X2 and in the very first use I started to experience the mouse getting freezed all the time.

 

When I go to device manager, I can see an exclamation on two different hardware, not both at the same time, it keeps alternating between Touchpad (error cod3 43) and also on the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller.

 

Both tell that a malfunction device made windows to stop the device and it says it is driver issue or phisical problem, the thing is I updated every single driver of this laptop from the HP Support Assistant, including mouse, wireless, bios, everything ... I updated to Windows 8.1 .. I updated the drivers from Intel/Synaptic website, I tried all updates and none of them worked, the issue still ocurrs everytime.

 

I can get the touchpad working again if I restart the computer, or if I remove the device and then ask to windows find new hardware, or sometimes if I disable and enable it again. But sometimes the only way is restarting the computer.

By the way, I did a factory recovery using the HP recovery to see it still freezes, just to confirm if it was the upgrading drivers that caused, and it does happen, but less frequently, and after I did the recovery (can't undo the bios update) I can't upgrade the Synaptics TouchPad Driver from the HP Support Assistant, it downlaods and it fails when it tries to install, but it gives no detailed error, just tells it failed.

 

Any help before I return this device?

Please .. I really liked the computer, but I can't keep it without the mouse working properly.
