I have an HP Pavilion g7-1317cl Notebook PC. It is freezing and won't let me do anything. It opens up to my desktop (but very slow). But neither my mousepad nor my cursor will work I have tried unplugging it, removing the battery, holding down power button for 10 seconds, and turning back on. It still doesn't work. Sometimes all it does is circle (blue circle). How can I get it to work?
