Not sure what type of laptop I have but the box says "Amd a6 API with amd Radeon graphics. 4gb ddr3 memory. 500gb hard drive. Windows 8."
When I turn it on, there's a black screen with a blue prompt that says "selected boot image did not authenticate. Press <enter> to continue." With white letters. Any button I press it makes a beep and nothing else will come up. Please help :(
