Hi all,
I recently bought a chromebook, hp14 or something, and after trying to transfer music etc. to it from my old laptop hard drive, it now just shows a loading icon when i click on the files app but doesnt give me access to any of my files what so ever and none of my music is backed up online on the google drive.
I transferred all my music, photos etc. and now cannot get to them.
I am desperate for help as i can find nothing online about it and there is not even hardly any metion on hp site about chromebooks so essentially im stuck with the problem and have no assistance.
If you have any ideas then please suggest them because this is unbelievably frustrating.
