I want to thank everyone for the help. I have a product# wa611ua#aba bios is f20 product configuration is 0491120000200c10000020000 . When I try to start the computer it seems to flash off when windows tries to start and goes back to the admin password ,it also tells me windows has been shut down to prevent damaging the computer. This is my last attempt at being self sufficent in my attempt to fix my laptop, next stop the shop!
