I am still infuriated with HP, determined not only never to buy again your products, but also to spead the word. It is very clear that you have problems with Envy products, Intel drivers etc. Which also explains why you give them away at half price. But does not explain loose screws in the back of the product, or the bending keyboard, frame flexibility and the ordeal you are putting me through. I expect much more than an apology and a remedy. And, yes, the product Is under warranty. Having said the above, this is my PN, and I will send a detailed reply after I get more information from you which is product specific.
