Re: HP 2000 notebook PC login screen is frozen

Hello Barney210, welcome to the HP Forums.

It appears that when trying to log onto your notebook you can enter the pin code then the notebook freezes. I will try to assist you with this.

I would suggest starting with the following document:
    Computer Locks Up or Freezes (Windows 8).
