Ok so now when i reset it a page comes up saying windows failed to start a recent hardware or software change might be the cause if windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectlystart up repair can help fix the prob if power was inter during startup choose start windows normally but when i do that it starts to load then the screen goes black with just a arrow floatin around if u click on launch startup repair it wants my windows installation disc in it restart it choose settings language click next then repair my computer but to contact u if i dont have the disc well i dont then it says the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible so now what
