My Notebook: HP Pavilion dv6-6135dx Entertainment Notebook PC windows 7
Product Number: LW262UA
My problem: I have have had my notebook for 4 years, it has been dropped twice, and when I first bought it there was an error with one of the memory card that I sent into HP support to get fixed but never was, but all in all have never had a problem with it.
About a week ago the wifi began to diconnect randomly prompting no internet accesss but there was no problem with my internet. Than when I troubleshooted it I got "The default gateway is unavailable" FIXED, and sometime also "There is problem between the router, modem, or wifi" but the wifi would reconnect and work fine.
Than all of a sudden while watching videos on youtube or playing games the screen would freeze and the sound would bug out for a few seconds and I would have to manually shut it down. I evetually narrowed down the two problems occuring when ever I would slightly move or shift my the laptop and depend on what I was doing would cause one or the other problem.
I have ran every possible diagnostic from the startup test to the HP troubleshooting tes tand everthing came up fine.
I know it has to be a hardware problem and that overheating is closely connected to it , all I need help with is knowing which hardware device is causing it and if it would be better and/or cheaper to fix it or just buy a new laptop, or even if its something I can fix on my own.
Any information would be appreciated.
Need anything else from let me know
Thanks
