What are you using for protection from Malware\adware\viruses while on the internet?
Press the power button and the immediately tap the Esc key to enter the Startup menu. In the Startup menu choose F2 to enter the UEFI PC Diagnostics menu. Click on Component tests. Run the Memory test and then the hard disk test. Since system restore did not help it is likely that the issue is hardware related. Please post the results of the tests
