can't get past request for power on password

 I am attempting to revive my Dad's notebook computer.  My Dad is an old man, and has forgotten all of his passwords.  When I power it up, it asks for an admin password or a power on password, neither of which I have.   The notebook is a HP G62 340us,    Model:   XH066UAR

The error message I get is "System disabled"   key:   85380338

What do I do now?   Please help me!
