Ok so I have a Windows 8 laptop and when I turn it on it turns on perfectly but then it shows a screen that is loading and then it just doesn't continue and it keeps on repeating the same thing again and again and then at the bottom it says attempting to restart, it continues to do the same thing over and over. I don't know what to do, please help.
