Please change the notifications settings in HPSA from 'automatic' to 'Notify me'.
**DO NOT DOWNLOAD BIOS UPDATE THROUGH HPSA. DO NOT UPDATE BIOS UNLESS YOUR SYSTEM IS IN A MESS THAT NEEDS LATEST BIOS UPDATE FOR ANYMORE FUNCTIONING, IF SYSTEM IS IN NEED OF LATEST BIOS YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT FROM YOUR PRODUCT SITE**

Please post back your exact model name, product number, operating system installed, whether 32 or 64-bit, for me to find out the latest drivers webpage for you..
