@EgyNono

Please post your exact product model name(not just HP Envy 17 Leap Motion SE NB). & model number.

What do you get after method 1? After disabling and restarting, thereafter playing the game is giving any blue screens or errors?

Did you download latest Intel & Nvidia drivers from your HP product site?

Did you download all the latest windows updates (including recommended, important & optional updates)?

The following are the latest driver updates for HP Envy 17 Leap motion SE NB(all models have same driver update):

First UNINSTALL the driver - for that :

•       Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc in the run prompt.

•       Expand the Display adapters section, right-click the Intel display adapter & NVIDIA driver, click uninstall & restart the system.

Then,download & save the latest Intel & NVIDIA drivers from the following links:

Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver

NVIDIA High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver

Intall first Intel graphic driver installed  ---> RESTART system ----> Install NVIDIA driver ----> RESTART system.

Please install all the recommended & optional Windows updates available though control panel.

Hope this resolves your issue

Thanks

Visruth
