I see that you're having an issue with the notebook not starting up and loop through errors. I will try to help you with this.
The test results that you've done last would be advising you to replace that hard drive for your notebook. Basically that its malfunctioned.
Prior to actually replacing the hard driver, you could try the steps in this document: Computer Locks Up or Freezes (Windows 7).
If all of that fails, then you'd be looking at need to replace the hard drive.
