It has been days that the cursor on my Hp Pavilion dv2915nr Entertainment Notebook Pc has been frozen and as a result, I am not able to log into and consequently use my device. I have tried turning off and restarting the computer a few times but it doesn't seem to work. Can someone please assist me ASAP as I need to study for my exams. Thanking you in advance.
