I am sorry to hear that the above steps have not resolved the issue. :(
The next steps that I would suggest, would be to reinstall the original audio, and video drivers. I have included the document Using Recovery Manager to Restore Software and Drivers (Windows 8).
Please try the out the original drivers before updating to the latest drivers to see if it does resolve the issue.
