I am going batty....I have been having a recurring malfunction with multiple USB mouse. The mouse winds up vanishing off the screen (the sensation and visual is like it's going off the tops or sides of the screen and getting stuck there) and then it gets stuck being lost off the screen and it also stalls out repeatedly. This is happening to all the different types of mouse I have tried - regardless or wired or wireless and different brands. I did some research and found an article pointing someone else with similar problems to update their bios so I have done just that but it hasn't affected or solved the problem at all.
I'm at my wits end. Just as a reminder this problem is with an external mouse not the trackpad on the laptop (cannot stand those).
Any help is appreciated.
