I've had this laptop for about half a year and only now has it given me problems. At first it would lock up when I had too many processes running, which already made me suspicious since I used to run AutoCad, Chrome, Photoshop all at the same time. Then it would lock up after a couple of minutes of just browsing the internet. And now I can't even restore it without having it lock up while restoring.<br>The first thing I tried was a restart which did nothing.<br>I then tried restoring it from a previous restore point (a couple of weeks ago), which also did nothing<br>Then I followed a guide where it told me to uninstall the battery driver and install it again, which made it worse.<br>Now I'm trying to boot it in recovery but I can even get passed chosing the name without locking up.<br>As of right now I can't give further information about my laptop because it won't even boot and I'm typing this on my phone. All I have is the model and s/n
