thanks for your response. the problem is i was getting this problem from the very first moments i turned the pc on in initial set up. i thought it was the display adjusting itself or it was just "part of the process" smh. Beause of this i think restoring back to factory defaults might not help (but thats just my opinion).
with the "upgrades and downgrades" u mentioned i assume you are talking about display drivers and other drivers. Prior to this post i spent weeks online searching for advice on driver updates including posting a previous message in this forum. i tried them all basically, from AMD and from HP, older versions, latest versions, literally all of them.
if indeed it IS a hardware problem then what must i do next? becuase since i bought this pc more than a month ago i havent had the chance to use it for its intended purpose. what are my options? im desparate.
btw im still waiting to be contacted by someone that i was promised would a while ago. im seriously frustrated and disappointed
