Re: freezes on blue windows screen

Hi

  Ok on startup keep tapping F8 till the advanced boot options screen appears , next using arrow keys move down to "safe mode with command prompt " hit enter ,,  next when the command prompt screen appears  type    sfc /scannow   hit enter 

 ( there is a space between sfc and / )  Let windows see if there is any violations on your Windows Instalation , if so Windows will correct them for you . 

                         Post me your findings
