I turn on the notebook pc and it goes to startup. The windows logo with the 4 colors pops together, freezes there a few seconds then goes to a black screen with the white arrow cursor in the middle of the screen, but wont move. Just stays there in the black screen, what is wrong, what do I need to do? (recovery? system boot?)
