I've been reading a lot of questions on this forum and I'm getting tired of reading because none of the problems seem to be similar to my dad's problem.
He's out of the country and he's having problem with his laptop. He said that his laptop recommended to configure and so he did and after that it restarted then he went outside for a while then when he came back the laptop's screen is black but the capslock is on and the wifi button has a light too but does not respond when being clicked. He said he can hear the fan and it starts normally when he opens it but stays completely blank. He tried the power reset solution but nothing happened. He has his laptop for over 2 years now. Can anyone please help me? It will mean so much. Thank you!
