Depending on the number of times that Num Lock, and Caps Lock keys do blink, it could possibly be the hard drive. I have included the document 'Computer Does Not Start and the LEDs Blink or the Computer Beeps'. Please follow through the steps for First steps when an LED or beep code occurs, and LEDs near Caps Lock and Number Lock keys blink, and follow through the troubleshooting steps listed.

Please let me know the outcome of the above troubleshooting steps.
