i am a busy person - I think I need to return this laptop - this is so disappointing.
IT is soo slow, locks up - is constantly switching to the APPS menu -
today I have one document open, and was transferring 7 photos from one file to another - asked the computer to transfer the same number of photos (not large taken with an old android phone) and it slowed the whole thing down for 20 minutes.
I was expecting more speed.
How do I return this - please- again, I am too busy for this.
