I see it as either way I'm going to have to get a new laptop anyways, so if I can save my stuff then I'm going to do it. I, unfortuantly, do not have the money to buy another laptop right now. I heated my computer one time to get it to turn back on and it has started up with the screen on, normally, 6 times now with no problems. It may be a temporary fix, but for now it's all I have to work with apparently.
