I sent the motherboard to Computer Parts Repair out of Miami Florida and they fixed it and returned it. They told me it was the video chip. They charged $70.00. With shipping each way I got it fixed for $90.00. Hallelujah! With them fixing the original motherboard I didn't have to worry about CMOS issues and 'tattoeing' a new motherboard, which would have cost much more.
