I dont own an HP but I have a friend who does and got it from a friend of his and the computer had this problem but it also has another problem. The Keyboard has been malfunctioning on the laptop for a while, he has had someone install a software keyboard to use in place of the hardware keyboard since the hardware is malfunctioning. His Keyboard will produce s2w from a pressing of the W button, bgt5 from a pressing of the G button and numerous similar issues with other keys, his enter and backspace keys do not work at all and dont produce anything on the screen. Can anyone help with this issue or at least let me know what to tell him about it?
