I installed a game (Sims 3 Island Paradise) and it froze to I turned it off by the button and now the cursor is the Zoom-In symbol and I can't click on anything. The shortcut bar isn't showing up nor my installed games. Please Help!

I just tried to turn it back on and it started to work but then a blue screen showed up.
