I was hoping it would just be a simple issue of cleaning the fan. At this point I would suggest that you either contact HP Total Care at 1-800-474-6836 in North America or visit this link if you live outside of North America. Another option is to post your issue in the Commercial Notebook forums as your model is a commercial unit.
