Thanks for your response; I haven't had much luck, since nothing worked with windows 7 installed, I decided to reformat the hard drive and install Windows 8.1 free edition for 90 days, that will give me enougth time to see what is going on with this laptop; so after installed it frooze a couple times, then when I started downloading the updates keep freezing, so I cant install half of the updates, I just made sure that I had all the last drivers installed, the CPU and system board temp has been betwen 44/65 celsius; I run the start up hardware test from bios and everything passes 100%.
I think that is not a software problem because it will freezes not matter where or what I do, the hardware report is good, I have done it 3 times and is always 100%, I think that I have checked everything that there is, except for motherboard and CPU, and I really don't know how to do that, or if I can do it.
So, I will appreciatte your help...
