Hp probook 6530b, laptop won't turn on but fan run fast and turn on when tried 4-5 time

when i try to turn on my probook 6530b and press power button then wifi and hdd light turn on orange and quick launch button light also blink with fan running too fast and then atlast battery light blink white and then laptop off and when try 4-5 times then laptop turn on normally and while on somes times hangs
