I grasp that after updating the bios the system no longer boot into Windows. I suggest you restore the bios .Here is a document to assist you with that. Restoring the BIOS. Once you have successfully completed the restoration, I would run the HP Support Assistant
to ensure all updates are completed before retrying to update the bios. Here is a document to assist with updating the bios.Updating the BIOS. If you are still unable to successfully update the bios I recommend calling HP support.
