I understand that your notebook is not responding from sleep. There is a bios update for this unit, have you done it?

You also have a built in troubleshooter you can use or the The HP Support Assistant. To use the troubleshooter ,
Press the Windows key +C to open charms
Type truobleshoot sleepmode and press enter
Follow the on screen prompts.
