I got a new HP envy 15 notebook PC for Christmas and a few days ago I turned it on as I usually do and when I got to the home screen I tried to go to the internet nothing happened. So I went to my apps and it would not load and after about 20 minutes the screen went blank I tried taking the battery out for a while but when I turned it back on the same thing happened. It will not let me go past the home screen. Please help fix this problem.
