I have a 1 year and a half old dv7-6c90us laptop. I don't know why but I get small freezes all the the time and when I play a game I get a lot of random fps drops. I have switchable graphics and changed my them to fixed in my bios and no matter which card I choose, I still get the drops. I experimented a lot to try to fix it but nothing worked. Finally I set it back to factory setting and updated my bios and cards but nothing changed. I took it to a technitian for a diagnostic test and said that the hard drive is good. I got the fans cleaned, no viruses, no overheating. My cpu usage is like 1-5% usually.
Could anyone help me please fix it? What else should I submit to make it easier to help?
