Please will you help to get HP International’s co-operation to make my HP4545s Probook compatible with Windows 8.1? My computer freezes and hangs with Windows 8.1. I desperately want to use my computer with Windows 8.1 but have had many months of problems and had to roll back to Windows 8.
Margareth of Microsoft Estonia know this case well. She told me Microsoft are not happy with this situation, but HP are dragging their feet. I have demanded that HP allow me to use my computer with Windows 8.1, but here is their response. I am very unhappy with HPs response. Please see below.
Please help – I am desperate and totally sick and tired of this situation.
