MY computer has been slow for a few weeks now. Tuesday I couldn't get it to start at all, no reason for it. Yesterday, and today I can only get on to my mail. I tried Ebay and the page froze straightaway. I can't get on to it or shut it down. I tried Google, again, can't get on to it and can't shut it down. I have only had this for just over a year. not impressed.
Can anyone help please.
