I'm not all together sure of the product but the Zbook is the closest to what I have. I've gone to switch my laptop on and when I pressed the power button the screen came up blue saying hibernating. I can't get my laptop to start up now or anything please help??????

Yes, run the Hard Drive tests first - if a test fails, it will produce a 24 character error code - include this with your next post.

Re: Pavilion 11-h010nr X2 Notebook will not power on
With the monitor removed I found a tiny tag under the hinge point on the base with the serial number so small I had to use a magnifying glass but I got it. I followed the directions on the web site given above. They could not fix it so It is being returned to HP.
After all of the troubleshooting steps with the monitor on and with it off I am reasonably sure the problem is in the monitor portion. It will be all telling to see whether or not HP decides to reimage the unit just to make it easier for them, thus losing the customer information on the machine.

Unfortunately i could not find anything in the maintenance guide or that video which was different from what i did.
Reading forums online has led me to believe the bios is corrupt or the motherboard is faulty, but i find it strange i ended up with two faulty motherboards. I will try a bios recovery method i found to see if that works, if not i may try exhanging my new motherboard with the company i bought it from.
Last ditch effort will be to reflow the motherboard.
My suspicion is that the problem was created after leaving the cr2032 unplugged from the motherboard for too long, clearing the bios settings.
