and the error was... Hard Disk 1 Optimized as I posted earlier.
So I suggest you try the F11 and take it back to Factory Fresh, which will DELETE all your data, unless you have a Repair/Recovery/Re-Install media as per the pictures I posted.

Worse than I thought. I had a local computer repair shop open the back cover and there’s a burn mark through one of the circuit board labels! HP how can we fix this ? I paid a lot of money for this laptop and need for work , please help me !!!

Just to clarify:
I have a HP Envy laptop, not a printer.
Luckily you guys designed the laptop to be able to work despite these issues, which in the case of Windows 10, seem to be often.
So I will continue as is until a new BIOS update appears. Judging from the past records, it won't be long.

From what I can tell it's a problem with Logitech's Download Assistant. Basically you have two methods of fixing it:
1. Disable LogiDA at startup, then kill the registry entry for it.
2. Grab CCleaner and remove it from startup.
See here for a walkthrough. Method 2 seems to be the easiest.

HP Spectre 13-4003dx wont power on, light blinks 3 times
Hello. I have a HP Spectre 13-4003dx that no longer works. it does not power on, and i get no video signal, no fans spinning, no lights. Ive tried a har reset and that resulted in the power light blinking 3 times, but then nothing after that, still no charge. Ive heard that this can result in a dead motherboard and i would not like to pay 800+ for a manufacturer defect. Ive treated the computer amazingly well and this is quite dissapointing, especially because this happened after it fell out of warranty.
Anything helps.

I had the same issue after using a different USB-C charger. The machine basically acted like it was dead.
Ultimately it responded to being plugged into the factory charger for a night while being left alone and I haven't had a problem since.

If you enter the BIOS using F10 when it initially boots, does the screen blank?
If it doesn't can you connect the laptop to an external monitor or TV via HDMI and see if you get a stable screen?
Another way to go about it if you can't get anything stable after boot is to get a remote desktop session (either native RDP (if using Windows 8 Pro) or using something like ScreenConnect) to get a desktop visible on another PC. You should be able to get a better handle on what's going on. It may take some time to enable RDP or install remote control doing it a few seconds at a time but you should get a desktop that doesn't go to black constantly.
